- Ingredients ; Chamomile, Thyme, Dried Ginger,
- Packed into a tea bag so no loose herbs to deal with
- Three packs per kit
- Place tea bag in bowl and cover with hot water. Allow to steep 5 -10 minutes. Soak a cloth in herbal tea water, wring out so it's not dripping. Lay back placing warm cloth over sinus area ( across nose and cheeks). Rest for 5 to 10 minutes, breathing slowly and deeply. Re-warm cloth as needed.
